The front plate has been designed to avoid the usual furrows that wheels leave behind and that can compromise the transplanting process. To operate Curly’s Planter 1 most effectively we recommend to slightly lift the planter while pulling.
Two triangular openings are designed to allow any excess soil from your tray to fall through. This avoids blocking the feed of paper chain pots.
The flat design (with no step and tongue in the middle of the planter like other models) requires Curly’s Planter 1 to be used with our open-ended plastic trays. This simple yet effective design significantly reduces the number of seedlings falling to the side in transplanting.
Back adjustable feet optimally cover the furrow created by the planter so there is no need for pressing wheels.
Like Japanese models, the Curly’s Planter 1, performs optimally in well prepared loose soils with nil or minimal large objects such as rocks, sticks, vegetation, etc.
Curly’s Planter 1 is the cheapest paperpot tranplanter available in the market and also offers improved quality and performance.
